School Age Gymnastics: D-Ray Flippers
These classes are for children ages Kindergarten to 5th grade. This class will work basic gymnastics skills, putting skills together in sequences and work ethic. The skills are taught in a progressive manner so to maximize each child’s ability. All skills taught are based on USA Gymnastics progressions.
