Stunt Class
This class is designed for flyers. These classes focus on body positions and balance at the beginning level and gradually progress to the elite college prep level. If you are going to be a flyer or planning on cheering in college this is a perfect class is for you.
Fitness Class
This class is a coed class and helps to develop the strength, endurance and flexibility needed for todays athletes. If you are wanting to improve your abilities in the sport you play or looking for something to keep your athlete challenged in the off season this class if for you.
Motion Class
This class is for the beginner cheerleader that is wanting to learn the basic motions needed for cheer. The focus will be placed on placement, timing, and overall execution of their motions. If you have tryouts coming up or just want to brush up on your motion skills this class is for you.
Jump Class
This class focuses on how to improve your jumps. Wether you are a beginner or an elite cheerleader, there is no denying that jumps place a big roll in cheerleading. If you want to get better form, technique, height, and hyper extension in your jumps this class is for you.
